I'm Sikandar Shamshad, born and raised in Gilgit — the gateway to some of the most extraordinary mountain landscapes on earth.

I started Hunza Travel Info for one simple reason: too many international travelers were arriving in Northern Pakistan without the information they actually needed. The guides they found online were either outdated, vague, or written by people who had never stood on the Karakoram Highway at sunrise watching Rakaposhi emerge from the clouds.
